Allison joined Visible Changes while in high school. Along with being a receptionist, she was in the nail room giving a relaxing experience with manicures and pedicures. After graduating early from high school Alli followed her mother’s footsteps and enrolled at Joseph’s College of Beauty and has been in the cosmetology industry for 7 years. Alli specializes in all haircare, facials, manicures, pedicures, facial waxing, eyelash lifts and tints, and spray tanning.

Harley Kyles

Harley is dedicated to to giving you an incredible space experience. While in high school she loved utilizing different makeup techniques on her friends while getting ready for events. She knew her calling was in the beauty industry and enrolled and graduated as an esthetician. Harley specializes in facials, makeup artistry, body waxing, manicures, pedicures, and spray tanning. Harley gives a full pampering experience you won’t want to miss!

Jennifer Iliff

Jennifer lliff - Cosmetologist Jennifer brings a bright, energetic spirit to Visible Changes, where she loves helping people feel naturally beautiful, confident, and cared for. As a full-service cosmetologist, she enjoys every part of her craft from relaxing pedicures and detailed nail services to all hair services and gentle facial waxing. No matter what she's doing, Jennifer's goal is always the same to help each guest leave the salon feeling happy, refreshed, and truly seen. With a personality that's funny, uplifting, and full of laughter, Jennifer has a way of making everyone around her feel comfortable. She's a wonderful listener who appreciates the little things in life, and her clients love the joy and lighthearted energy she brings to every appointment. Outside the salon, Jennifer is married and a proud mom of three. She loves spending time outdoors-whether it's tennis, camping, fishing, or hunting and she brings that same adventurous, down-to-earth spirit to her work day. Her passion for cosmetology comes from the heart. For Jennifer, it's not just about the service itself, but about building confidence, celebrating natural beauty, and creating moments of joy that stay with her clients long after they walk out the door.

In 2002 Linda opened Visible Changes. Throughout the years with lots of challenges her passion for helping others has never changed. Each day creates an opportunity to develop new friendships and value what this career has brought to her. Linda is experienced in all hair services, manicures, pedicures, waxing and makeup applications.

Tori Riley

Victoria joined Visible Changes as a nail technician while attending Wayne State College. After graduating with her degree and working in that field she realized something was missing and enrolled and graduated from College of Hair Design to fulfill her dreams of helping people. Victoria’s attention to detail and perfection don’t go unnoticed with her expertise in all haircare, manicures pedicures, facials, and waxing.
