Alli James
Allison joined Visible Changes while in high school. Along with being a receptionist, she was in the nail room giving a relaxing experience with manicures and pedicures. After graduating early from high school Alli followed her mother’s footsteps and enrolled at Joseph’s College of Beauty and has been in the cosmetology industry for 7 years. Alli specializes in all haircare, facials, manicures, pedicures, facial waxing, eyelash lifts and tints, and spray tanning.
Harley Kyles
Harley is dedicated to to giving you an incredible space experience. While in high school she loved utilizing different makeup techniques on her friends while getting ready for events. She knew her calling was in the beauty industry and enrolled and graduated as an esthetician. Harley specializes in facials, makeup artistry, body waxing, manicures, pedicures, and spray tanning. Harley gives a full pampering experience you won’t want to miss!
Linda Reed
In 1984 Linda didn’t realize how much the beauty industry would change. Working behind the chair for many years she saw there was a lot more to offer. She opened her own salon to offer pampering alongside the hair salon. Linda’s passion has never stopped evolving. She has welcomed other artists to the salon, including tattoos, body piercings, permanent makeup and more. Linda is experienced in all hair services, manicures, pedicures, waxing, makeup applications, and skincare needs.
TJ Bull
TJ grew up behind the scenes watching Linda create her dream salon. Following his passion he graduated from Xenon Academy in 2015. He’s traveled & worked in many states throughout the years, working and gaining more knowledge and experience. He realized his heart was still in Nebraska, and after much soul searching TJ has come back to Norfolk, bringing his passion and dream to work with his mom. TJ loves it all, including colors, fashion colors, haircuts, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures
Tori Riley
Victoria joined Visible Changes as a nail technician while attending Wayne State College. After graduating with her degree and working in that field she realized something was missing and enrolled and graduated from College of Hair Design to fulfill her dreams of helping people. Victoria’s attention to detail and perfection don’t go unnoticed with her expertise in all haircare, manicures pedicures, facials, and waxing.
