Alli James
Allison joined Visible Changes while in high school. Along with being a receptionist, she was in the nail room giving a relaxing experience with manicures and pedicures. After graduating early from high school Alli followed her mother’s footsteps and enrolled at Joseph’s College of Beauty and has been in the cosmetology industry for 7 years. Alli specializes in all haircare, facials, manicures, pedicures, facial waxing, eyelash lifts and tints, and spray tanning.
Hailie Frerichs
Hailie was and raised in Norfolk. Throughout high school she spent a lot of time coloring and cutting her friend’s hair at home. After graduating high school and working full time, the beauty industry was a calling she couldn’t shake. After Jospeh’s College of Beauty she loved every aspect of the industry, including all colors, highlight/lowlights, face waxes, facials, manicures, gel x manicures, pedicures, and men’s and women’s cuts! Hailie is a welcome addition to Visible Changes! We are sure you will find her as awesome as we do!
Harley Kyles
Harley is dedicated to to giving you an incredible space experience. While in high school she loved utilizing different makeup techniques on her friends while getting ready for events. She knew her calling was in the beauty industry and enrolled and graduated as an esthetician. Harley specializes in facials, makeup artistry, body waxing, manicures, pedicures, and spray tanning. Harley gives a full pampering experience you won’t want to miss!
